Surabaya, August 18, 2026 – PT Avia Avian Tbk ("Avian Brands"), the market leader in Indonesia's decorative paint industry, further strengthened its leadership position by recording solid growth in the first half of 2026 (H1 2026). Amidst global economic dynamics, raw material price volatility, and exchange rate pressures, the Company achieved net profit growth of over 20%, demonstrating the resilience of its business model and Avian Brands' ability to keep outpacing the market.

Throughout H1 2026, Avian Brands recorded sales of IDR 4.59 trillion, an increase of 18.2% compared to the same period in the previous year. This growth was underpinned by positive performance across all business lines, with the Architectural Solutions segment growing 18.8%, while the Trading Goods segment increased 15.8%. At the same time, sales volume in the Architectural Solutions segment rose by 8.6%, reflecting sustained strong demand as well as the Company's success in expanding market penetration and solidifying its competitive position.

This momentum strengthened further in the second quarter, as consolidated sales increased by 19.7% to IDR 2.23 trillion, reflecting an acceleration in growth amid persistently challenging industry conditions. The President Director of PT Avia Avian Tbk stated,

“We are pleased to have sustained strong growth momentum in the first half of this year. Amid the various challenges still facing the industry, Avian Brands was able to record net profit growth of over 20%, maintaining healthy profitability. This achievement is the result of our strong brand equity, extensive distribution network, continuous product innovation, and the operational discipline we consistently uphold.”

During the period, the Company also successfully implemented two price adjustments in response to rising raw material costs and exchange rate volatility. These adjustments did not hinder sales growth momentum, reflecting strong customer confidence in Avian Brands and the Company's ability to maintain its competitiveness in the market. At the same time, Avian Brands continued to enhance its raw material procurement strategy, improve operational efficiency, and deepen long-term partnerships with suppliers to maintain supply stability and product quality.

This strategy enabled the Company to maintain profitability at a healthy level. By the end of H1 2026, Avian Brands recorded a net profit of IDR 938 billion, an increase of 20.7% compared to the same period in the previous year, with the net profit margin remaining steady at 20.4%. This reflects the Company's ability to translate increased sales into sustainable profit growth through disciplined cost management and efficiency across the entire value chain.

Distribution network expansion remains one of the key drivers of the Company's growth. By the end of H1 2026, Avian Brands operated 132 distribution centers, supported by 16 mini distribution centers and 36 independent distribution centers covering various regions across Indonesia. Backed by this network, Avian Brands now serves more than 60,000 retail stores throughout Indonesia, bringing products closer to customers while accelerating delivery times.

On the innovation front, the Company continued to enhance its product portfolio by launching two new products in the second quarter, bringing the total number of innovations introduced during the year to nine products. All products were developed through comprehensive research and development to address evolving consumer needs while strengthening the Company's competitiveness.

Heading into the second half of 2026 (H2 2026), Avian Brands remains optimistic about sustaining its positive momentum. The Company will continue to expand its market reach, reinforce its distribution network, introduce relevant innovations, and improve operational efficiency to create healthy and sustainable growth. Concluding his remarks, the President Director of PT Avia Avian Tbk added,

“Our focus is not merely on expansion, but on building growth that is both high-quality and sustainable. With an increasingly robust business foundation and higher customer trust, we are confident that Avian Brands will continue to strengthen its leadership in Indonesia's decorative paint industry while creating long-term value for all stakeholders.”
