With 144 distribution centers spread across Indonesia, PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna is able to distribute products to more than 56,000 stores.
Information Technology
PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna heavily invested in information technology to boost business performance. By implementing Microsoft Dynamics Navision and utilizing a centralized database server in Surabaya, the company is able to analyze real-time data to support operational and strategic decisions. This system optimizes order management, fulfillment, and finances, while also accelerating expansion into new locations.
Logistics
PT. Tirtakencana Tatawarna realizes that a wide network is very important and plays a big role in the company's success. Until now (2025), we have had 144 distribution centers throughout Indonesia to ensure product availability and on-time delivery to our customers. Our distribution reach is equipped with a warehouse facility of 313,432 square meters, and as many as 915 delivery fleets (Trucks and 3 Wheels). With these facilities and supported by TMS (Transportation Management System), we are able to make deliveries on the same day, and the next day for customers outside the city.
