August 2018 – Avian Brands Cares, together with the Happy Heart Foundation Indonesia, through the I’m Change program, provided support to SDN Suluk 3 Madiun in the form of paint and equipment to make their school look new again. If you have ever been to the Telaga Ngebel Madiun tourist attraction, you must have passed SDN Suluk 3. The location of this school is in the hills leading to Telaga Ngebel, which is one of the tourist destinations in Madiun City. SDN Suluk 3 Madiun only has 16 students and 9 teaching staff. The school's location, far from the city center, is one of the reasons for the low number of students, with only the local community sending their children to this school.
The surrounding community, who work daily as farmers on their own plantations, painted this school using Avitex Wall Paint. And it is this spirit of building that has made the school look new again. Ms. Lusia, who serves as the headmistress of SDN Suluk 3 Madiun, is very grateful for the attention and care from Avian Brands Cares towards their school, hoping that programs like this will continue to exist, bringing new color to the world of Indonesian education.
