September 2014 – PT. Avia Avian, together with the village government of Wadungasih, Buduran sub-district, Sidoarjo, conducted an activity to eradicate Aedes aegypti mosquitoes by spraying, or the commonly used term is fogging. This activity was driven by PT. Avia Avian's concern for the community around the factory location.
A total of 4 villages have been fogged, and in the future, this activity will be carried out frequently, considering the rapid spread of dengue fever recently. Maintaining cleanliness in our surroundings is very important to prevent the breeding of these dengue fever-carrying mosquitoes, as Aedes aegypti usually breeds in puddles of water such as toilets, unused vehicle tires, plant pots, pet drinking places, toys, vases, swimming pools, trash cans, and so on.
