September 2014 – Avian Brands carried out a routine activity conducted by a number of employees of PT. Avia Avian, namely blood donation. By inviting the Sidoarjo branch of PMI (Indonesian Red Cross) to conduct this activity, employees voluntarily donated their blood to be given to PMI, and after that, PMI will distribute the blood supply to everyone who needs a blood transfusion. Of course, not everyone can donate their blood to PMI. There are special criteria to become a blood donor; one of the requirements is that participants must be physically healthy and not infected with a contagious disease. A team of doctors examines the condition of prospective blood donors before they donate blood. Hopefully, this activity can be a positive thing that is useful for those in need.
