Who is eligible to participate in the internship program?

PT Avia Avian Tbk.: The internship program is only for active students who have not yet graduated. Students must submit a letter of introduction from their university upon being accepted into the Avian internship program.

PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna: Active students must be in their fifth semester at least. Students must submit a letter of introduction from their university upon being accepted into the PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna internship program.

How long is the internship duration?

PT Avia Avian Tbk.: The internship duration is a minimum of 5 months; therefore, applicants must ensure their availability before applying.

PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna: The internship duration ranges from 3 to 6 months; therefore, applicants must ensure their availability before applying.

How do I know if I have passed the administrative selection for the internship program?

PT Avia Avian Tbk. & PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna: Yes. Each intern will be assigned a mentor within their respective department.

What are the stages of the selection process for the internship program?

PT Avia Avian Tbk.: Each application submitted will go through an administrative screening process. Applicants who pass the administrative stage will be directed to the next steps by the Talent & Branding team.

PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna: Document screening → Online test → HR interview → Admission announcement & onboarding documentation.

What are the working hours during the internship program?

PT Avia Avian Tbk.: Monday - Friday

PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna: Monday - Thursday: 7:50 AM - 5:00 PM WIB, Friday: 7:50 AM - 4:30 PM, Saturday: 7:50 AM - 4:00 PM WIB (Once every 6 weeks according to the mentor's schedule).

Is there an opportunity to pursue a career with the company after completing the internship?

Yes. Opportunities may be considered based on departmental needs and the intern’s performance evaluation during the internship.

What facilities are provided during the internship program?

PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna: Pocket money, BPJS Employment insurance, lunch every Monday - Thursday, gym access, weekly workout sessions with a coach.
