How to apply Sunguard All-In-One:
1. Ensure all surfaces are dry and clean, free from dust, dirt, oil, and not contaminated with other materials.
2. Clean areas with mold and mildew.
3. On new walls/new concrete:
- Wall surfaces must be completely dry before painting, not just touch dry/surface dry (protimeter measurement must be <17 with pH <9).
- Apply 1 coat of Lenkote Alkali Resisting Primer, let it dry for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- The surface is ready to be painted with Sunguard All-In-One for the final paint coating (2-3 coats).
4. On used or old walls:
- If the adhesion and condition of the old paint are still good, it can be painted directly.
- If the old paint is chalky, apply 1 coat of Lenkote Wall Sealer to increase adhesion and let it dry for at least 2 hours or overnight.
