Rainwater seeping in during rain can cause ceilings and house walls to quickly damage and become moldy. If left untreated, this condition not only damages the house but also endangers its occupants.

You need the right waterproof coating paint product to overcome this. Choose a product that is proven to protect, such as No Drop, as an anti-leak coating paint. The application method must also be correct, otherwise the house will experience leaks again quickly.

For a long-lasting waterproof layer, Avian Brands will tell you how to properly apply No Drop waterproof coating paint to ensure its durability.

For wall, concrete, asbestos, and plaster surfaces

1. When applying No Drop Waterproof Coating Paint, ensure that the surface to be coated is completely clean, free from dirt, rust, grease, oil, mold, or other small particles.

2. Apply one coat of No Drop Waterproof Coating Paint diluted with approximately 20% water as a primer. Then let it dry.

3. Once dry, you can apply the next coat. Note that for the second and subsequent coats, apply No Drop Waterproof Coating Paint without thinner until a minimum thickness of 250 microns is achieved.

For galvanized/zinc surfaces

1. Apply 1 coat of active primer as a base layer to ensure good adhesion.

2. After drying, apply No Drop Waterproof Coating Paint without thinner until a minimum dry thickness of 250 microns is achieved.

To repair cracks/joints < 2mm

1. Apply 1 coat of No Drop Waterproof Coating Paint diluted with approximately 10% water as a primer.

2. Attach No Drop membrane to reinforce the joint, then let it semi-dry. The No Drop membrane itself is a reinforcing layer to cover cracks, gaps between walls and roofs, gaps between roofs and gutters, making the surface resistant to substrate movement and impacts.

3. Apply No Drop Waterproof Coating Paint without thinner.
